King Ranch Casserole

King Ranch Casserole is Tex-Mex chicken-based "lasagna" made with tortillas instead of noodles. It features layers of shredded chicken, canned cream soups (chicken, mushroom, or jalapeno), diced tomatoes with green chilies (Ro-Tel), corn tortillas, and plenty of cheese. This dish will serve 4-6 people easily.
